Materials: bronze, stainless steel, copper and glass
A trail of 40 individually designed waymarkers celebrating outstanding examples of Chester's architecture, each sited in paving next to their relevant building.
Images were sourced through research and community consultation. Each waymarker is 300mm diameter and made out of a combination of bronze, stainless steel, copper and glass.
The trail is 3 kilometres long. A leaflet produced by the council includes a map of the trail. The waymarkers are linked with small stainless steel and glass arrows set into the paving.
